On Friday, June 12, the Filipino American Council of Ventura County (FACVC) proudly celebrated Philippine Independence Day (Araw ng Kalayaan) with a Flag Raising Ceremony at Oxnard City Hall. FACVC and member organizations came out to support Late Night Madness at Seafood City on Saturday, February 28. Everyone had a great time celebrating community and culture with good food, music, camaraderie, and dancing.
