Deejay Basketball League

Brings together adults—primarily ages 40 and over—to celebrate the love of basketball. Rooted in the Filipino community, the league welcomes all and aims to inspire connection, camaraderie, and community engagement through sports.

La Union Association of Ventura County, Inc. (LUAVC)

Founded: 1984

Supports education and community outreach, including scholarships for local students and assistance for low-income families and those facing housing insecurity.

International Cultural Association of Ventura County, Inc. (ICAC)

Founded: 1997

President: Elpidio Bucao

With over 300 members, ICAC promotes unity, service, and cultural exchange through local and global community projects, including Philippine Center initiatives and charitable housing efforts.

Visayan Association of Ventura County, Inc. (VAVCI)

Founded: 1987

Promotes Visayan and Filipino culture through scholarships, events, and community service, encouraging civic engagement among Filipino Americans.

Philippine Center of Ventura County, Inc.

President: Luz Juachon

Unites the Filipino American community through cultural events, education, and outreach while working toward a permanent community gathering space.

FirstGen Filipino

Founded: 2024

Founder: Edwina Camarillo

Raises funds to provide first-generation Filipinos opportunities to connect with their heritage through local and international cultural programs that deepen understanding and appreciation of Filipino culture.

Zambales Association of Ventura County, Inc. (ZAVCI)

Filipino Community of Ventura County, Inc. (FCVCI)

Founded: 1979

President: Grace Beale

The oldest Filipino organization in the area. Its signature Salute to the Graduates program honors Filipino American high school seniors annually, with over 2,000 graduates recognized since its inception.

Ilocano Association of Ventura County, Inc. (IAVC)

Founded: 1982

President: Ray Pichay

A community-based organization dedicated to preserving Ilocano culture and traditions through cultural events, social gatherings, and outreach programs.

Filipino Nurses Association of Ventura County, Inc. (FNA)

Founded: 1996

President: Chito Atangan

Supports Filipino nurses in Ventura County while serving the broader community through charitable initiatives and scholarships for students pursuing healthcare careers.

A nonprofit empowering Filipina/x American youth through arts programs, mentorship, and scholarships that foster creativity, confidence, and cultural pride.
