As part of the City of Oxnard's Stars and Stripes Event, celebrating American's 250th Anniversary at Downtown Plaza Park on Friday, July 3rd, the Filipino American Council of Ventura County performed a traditional Muslim scarf dance, the Kzaduratan.
Other Fil Am orgs who performed: La Union Association with Lawiswis Kawayan, Sisters Friends Forever with the Polka Sa Ngayon, Pinay Friends with a Hawaiian dance, and ICAC with a dance line.
